Swimming in Leutasch

Where to swim in the region of Leutasch and Seefeld?

If you are looking to cool off in summer or simply want to take a nice dip, you are spoiled for choice. Directly on the river, in the direction of Gaistal, there are many nice spots for paddling; swimming is a little difficult there. There is a nice outdoor pool at Wildsee in Seefeld, where you can also swim in the lake (a little muddy). The nearby Möserer See, beautifully hidden in the forest, is also suitable for swimmers; it is one of the warmest lakes in Tyrol. If you really want to swim in a larger lake or go boating, you'll have to drive a bit to Grubsee near the German town of Krün or to Walchensee, which is a little further away. If the weather is bad, there are 2 indoor swimming pools, in Weidach and Seefeld.

So there are plenty of options in the region if you want to enjoy the water with the whole family!

Geisterklamm in Leutasch
By Arjan August 20, 2024
