- Type A (4x) studio
- Type B (2x) apartment with 1 bedroom
- Type C (4x) large apartment with 1 bedroom
- Type D (1x) apartment with 2 bedrooms
- Type E (2x) bedroom with bathroom
COMBINATION POSSIBILITIES
- Extra bedroom with bathroom in your apartment: book type E.
- Combination 1 with own front door: 80 m2 for 4 to 8 persons: type C (104) and type A (103)
- Combination 2 with own front door: 115 m2 for 6 to 10 persons: type C (108), type A (107) and type E (109)
- Large kitchen/dining room for 14 people in the basement can be rented separately

We have 4 apartments type A: 102 and 103: ground floor, 106 and 107: on the 1st floor

Apartment type B
2-room apartment with bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table with 4 chairs, shower (101) or bath (105) WC, balcony or terrace, kitchen with microwave, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, 4-burner hob.
For 2 adults and max. 2 children (on a sofa bed)
We have 2 apartments type B: 101 on the ground floor and 105 on the 1st Floor.Â

55-63m² (Apartment 104, 108, 111, 112)
Apartment type C
2-room apartment with bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table with 4 chairs, shower (111) or bath (104,108,111,112) toilet, balcony or terrace, kitchen with crockery, microwave, toaster,electric kettle, filter coffee machine, induction cooktop.
Apartment 104 has a large bay window, 108 a very large balcony and 111 has 2 bathrooms.
For 2 - 4 Persons (2 on the sofa bed).
We have 4 apartments of type C: 104 on the ground floor, 108 on the 1st floor, 111 and 112 on the 2nd floor.

Apartment type D
3-room apartment with bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table with sofa and chairs, bathroom with bath (shower in bath), toilet, balcony, kitchen with dishes, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction stove and oven.
For 4 adults and max. 2 children (on the sofa bed)
Appartement type D (110) is on the 2nd floor.

Double room type E
Room with double bed with bathroom / toilet, no kitchen. These rooms can be rented separately or as an extra bedroom with each apartment. With a combination of 107 + 108 + 109 or 112 + 113, there is a separate front door, creating 1 large apartment.
room 109 is on the 1st floor, and room 113 is on the 2nd floor.
